Methuen Youth Basketball is an independent town sanctioned league operated by the MYBA Board of Directors.
The By-Laws, In-house rules and division specific rules have been approved by the board of directors and are subject to the interpretation of the board.
The board reserves the right to interpret, update and change the by-laws and rules at any time.
Division specific rules are used as guidelines by the in-house directors and the inhouse directors reserve the right to interpret and overrule any item covered as they see fit. Decisions by the board are final!
